Formless Geometry

In fashion features, hair and makeup are often underappreciated arts, the essential final touches that can help add something special to an image. For our series of beauty features, those skills take center stage, and our latest story features imposing hair sculptures by the Japanese artist Tsuki that transcend mere styling. Composed of hair and crafted by hand, Tsuki’s captivating creations are captured by photographer Sam Nixon with styling by Sunzhique as artworks in their own right, studies of light, form, and volume that shine in the spotlight.
